We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Nov. 13 update.
We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Nov. 13 Update Known Issues Notice
- An issue where the [Coin Shop] - [Galagos Shop] purchase counts of some Summoners were reset during the Nov. 13 maintenance.
· Items purchased before the reset will not be retrieved. As compensation for the inconvenience caused by this issue, the following key items obtainable from the Galagos Shop will be provided up to their max purchase.
→ Light and Darkness Legendary Scroll Piece x30, Light and Darkness Scroll x9, White Night Scroll x10, 5★ Devilmon x3, Gold x10,000,000
→ Period: Until Dec. 13, 10:00 AM EST
- An issue where the remaining time for Galagos Ruins is incorrectly displayed.
· The currently ongoing Galagos Ruins will be opened until Dec. 10, 11:00 AM EST, and the issue will be fixed during the next maintenance.
