We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Jan. 8 update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Jan. 8 Update Known Issues Notice

- An issue where the available entry count for Normal Raids is not reset when a new Raid season begins

 · Due to this issue, Summoners who had already used all available Normal Raid entries before maintenance may see an abnormal entry count displayed.

 · Raid Ticket x7 will be distributed as compensation for this issue. (Distributed on Jan. 8 5:40 PM(UTC+7))

 · If the available entry count for Normal Raids is displayed as a negative number, the entry count will return to normal once you recharge entries using Raid Tickets or Energy.

 * The base weekly entry count for Normal Raids is 3. The weekly entry count increases by 1 each time you complete two first clears of the Normal difficulty for each boss.
