You have fewer and fewer players at the base, and more haters on discord and forums, and we, who like the game, eagerly await the update to renew our hopes and then when it comes:
 

"Special bonus stats will be granted based on the number of attributes per Transmogrification you own."

This is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen here, it's impossible for you not to realize very clearly that these extremely pay to win mechanics may even give you more money in the short term, but in the long term NO.
 

You would profit a lot more if the base player was 2x bigger because it didn't have these weird mechanics.
 

Rethink what you are doing with the long term of the game itself.
