Just a suggestion:
Make the Indomitable rune a 4-piece set effect, providing a 24% critical resist bonus (or something).
This could encourage will FORCE the mixing of rune builds (no choice lol), such as:
- Indomitable + blade
- Indomitable + destroy
- Indomitable + shield
- Indomitable + guard/energy/etc..
If only the percentage effect is nerfed, aside from RAGE RUNE, I don’t think it will entice players to go back into using guard/energy/fatal/etc.
People will still use a full Indomitable rune build (2-piece set effects*3).
The difference will be that players will simply farm (I'm sure there's a lot of players that has it by now) and use Indomitable rune in the slot 3-4-6 with PvP critical resist stats.
In other words, the same result: Indomitable + Indomitable + Indomitable.
Also look into other runes like the ones below.
INVASIVE RUNE:
Consider making it a 2-piece set effect but reduce the chance percentage.
Currently, Invasive runes are mostly used by ASPD summons. However, they don’t provide much value for skill-type summons, especially when Rage or Indomitable runes offer better alternatives, such as quick bursts or semi-dps tankiness.
There are RARE cases where people use it on multi-skill-hit summons(e.g., Light Monkey King), but overall, it often brings more drawbacks than benefits.
VAMPIRE RUNE:
Same as Invasive rune — consider making it a 2-piece set effect but reduce the effect.
Let's be real, this rune is bad for a 4-piece set effect.
Its use in PvP has been nearly nonexistent for almost 2 years.
