I hope this feedback doesn’t disappear into the void and is genuinely considered. First, please improve Discord engagement. It often feels like staff don’t view it actively, and their posts seem bot-generated, making it feel disconnected.
On a related note, if this isn’t the right place to share this, please forward it to the appropriate team. I’d be incredibly grateful. For example, we’ve had the same field events since the game launched, and they’ve grown stale. Not only are they unchanged, but they remain buggy—half the time, you can’t click 'Find (Scheduled)' because the game thinks you’ve already completed them. Consider adding updates, such as time-gated World PvP events, to make them more engaging. The rewards also feel outdated and offer very little value for the current stage of the game.
This brings me to Premium Passes. Their value is extremely low. I usually buy the Summoner Pass, but it’s becoming harder to justify the purchase. The rewards—like one 5-star Unknown Piece, 1,000 gold, or 50 Enhancement Shards—feel underwhelming and insignificant. Perhaps merge the passes or revamp them to provide meaningful benefits. Similarly, guild request rewards seem outdated. There are better sources for items like 54 Breath of Life than an S-Rank request. Updating the reward pool with co-op guild requests, where 2+ guild members could work together to earn rewards like Siege Seals or Spellbook Vs, would add much-needed value.
The Guild Raid Boss also needs attention. We’ve been stuck with Intara—a reskinned One Punch Man collaboration boss for far too long. Introduce a rotation with older bosses or add a new third iteration to freshen things up. The Guild Town is another feature with untapped potential; while the concept is excellent, it hasn’t seen any expansion since its release.
Some content feels underutilized and could benefit from rework or removal. For example, Path of Growth: Subjugation is rarely necessary unless you’re farming specific equipment materials, which could easily be added to repeat quests. Similarly, Battlefield feels more like a chore than enjoyable content. I haven’t touched it in months, and I’ve yet to meet anyone who genuinely enjoys it.
Player Housing didn’t quite meet expectations. It would have been amazing if it were an actual area where the summoner could walk around rather than a top-down layout builder. The rewards also feel lackluster—progressing to anything meaningful takes months, making it feel more like a grind than a feature worth engaging with.
I want the player base to grow. The official forums could be better utilized with incentives. For instance, when a new monster is released, you could host a contest for the best PvE/PvP rune builds. This would help both new and veteran players share strategies while fostering community engagement.
Regarding PvP, I can’t say I have deep expertise, but I’ve heard feedback from former players, particularly whales, who enjoyed the competitive thrill. Right now, though, PvP seems overly meta-driven, with limited variety in team compositions. Storyteller—a Korean content creator who also provides English content—is a great source of insights, but we need more voices. Unfortunately, we’ve lost NA creators like Barcode, who stopped producing content some time ago. If anyone knows better than I do on this matter, feel free to post, but I rarely see anyone else making content.
There's more input, like Summoner balancing and Monster reworks, but there are better people to speak on that than I, and I defer to them for any input they might have.
I genuinely love this game and want it to thrive. I’m sharing this feedback because I care deeply about it and hope these suggestions can help it grow. I want to enjoy this game for many years to come and see its community flourish.
