Greetings from <Summoners War: Chronicles>.

This is a pre-notice regarding the closure of the "Monster Forum" in the Europe region.

First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Monster Forum was created to help Summoners choose from the diverse and unique Monsters of Chronicles.

Summoners who acquired the Monster first can rate it and leave comments, allowing them to share useful information.

While most Summoners used the Monster Forum in this way, a few have used it to slander and abuse others.

At first, we judged that this issue could be handled through regular monitoring and removal.
We deleted inappropriate comments on the Monster Forum and suspended Summoners in accordance with our Operational Policy.

However, this did not stop certain Summoners from engaging in malicious acts.
We identified not only slander and abuse toward other Summoners, but abuse toward their family, sexual harassment, sexist remarks, and even death threats.

As developers of the game, we deemed that ordinary measures were not enough to resolve this issue.
Thus, we have decided to temporarily close the Monster Forum in the May 4th maintenance to protect the Summoners affected.

Once again, we apologize to the majority of the Summoners who have been using the Monster Forum normally.

Please be noted that the Monster Forum is not being closed permanently.
The Chronicles team plans to establish a real-time internal system to manage information and comments on the Monster Forum in June.

The Monster Forum will open again once the system becomes ready in June.

However, even if the Monster Forum management system is established, the malicious acts of Summoners must stop.

Other measures will be considered if the issue persists after the system is implemented.
