Our team carefully reviewed the feedback regarding the "Pecan Pie Baking" event that began on Jun. 2nd.

We understand that some users are dissatisfied with the daily limit, which were perceived to be unfair compared to the approach taken in the Korea and North America servers.

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the event. We sincerely regret any discomfort caused. In response to your feedback, we have decided to extend the event period until Jun. 29th.

We would also like to provide additional clarification on the matter and why we made such a choice.

Summoners War: Chronicles global version aims to provide a version based on data analysis from Korean and North American Summoners. This approach was intended to relieve fatigue and address any inconvenience to offer a smoother gameplay experience.

For example, Korean and North American users have suggested that certain Raids are too challenging, which led us to lower the difficulty in the Global version.

Additionally, the 150 Mystical Scrolls reward given out as part of the collaboration event in June was not provided in the Korean and North American servers.

While it is true that the global version differs from the Korean and North American versions, we kindly ask for your understanding that these differences exist to provide a better and improved service.

Regarding the introduction of a daily limit in mission-based events, we have received increasing feedback from global players expressing that the daily time commitment is too demanding.

We are actively considering improvements in this area and exploring different approaches.

Furthermore, after holding the event in Korea and North American servers, without any play limits, we have received numerous comments stating that it was too challenging to obtain all the event rewards as there was no limit.

Our team has analyzed the actual event data and set the limit based on the number that most users obtain the rewards.

However, we failed to fully consider the inconvenience caused by the disparity between the Korean and North American servers.

The daily limit in mission-based events was necessary to relieve fatigue, and recent events in the Korean and North American servers have also implemented such limitations.

Nevertheless, considering the lack of communication from our side, we would like to extend the event period until Jun. 29th, as previously mentioned.

Furthermore, we will strive to plan event more carefully when planning future events.

As an additional measure to ensure smooth event progress, we would like to offer 500 Pecan Pies as a full reward, which you can use to participate in the [Ifrit's Pecan Pie] event 10 times.
