We have confirmed that free rewards for steps 3 and 5 can be obtained
based on the packages purchased
before the monthly reset on Jun. 1st at 12am.

For those who have already obtained the free rewards
for steps 3 and 5 by purchasing packages in May,
we will not be retrieving those items.

Also, we will be investigating the purchase records
for Summoners who bought the package in June.

After evaluating the results of the investigation,
we will provide double the amount of free rewards
that Summoners could obtain through the Step Up package purchases.

To ensure a smooth experience in the Altar's Blessing 100% event,
we plan to distribute the rewards before the event ends
for Summoners who purchase the package by Jun. 14th.

For those who make the purchase on June 15th or later,
please note that there may be a delay in the distribution of rewards due to the process.

and assure you that we'll try our best to provide stable service.
