Bad management, support and development

Hello all, 
 

This post is related to the current situation of the game and especially about no one taking any responsibility.

It's been already 2 months since the western player (at least only with them i am speaking) complain about the lag in game which is a nightmare in the context of guild activities (rival, guild boss) also in overall gameplay like towers and raids. 
What have been done about it in such a big amount of time? Nothing. 
All the parts implied in the development of the game are to blame for it, developers, testers, team managers and higher managers also the customer support. 
After some tickets to the customer support the reply that i got was just an insult. Why? Because they just want to blame the players for their mistakes. 
 

After this standard message that i am pretty sure it's given to everyone there is no response anymore from them even if their last message is "Please let us know if these steps have helped!"
 

Anyway, the situation is currently on both PC (steam + hive launcher) and Phone (Android), this are the used devices by me. 
When the evidence are presented to them seems like they just decided to not respond anymore. 
 

As a customer who decided to support the game development by buying whatever i liked in the game (which is not less at all) i am just very disappointed. 
So all the silence that we got until now about the real issues of the game whenever we are asking is just a insult for everyone.
