With all the issues and on how they handle it, the current quality of the game is the worst.

christmas event is the most trash event, title can only use once but you get em more often.. more often than the good rewrads.. comparing the last years christmas package kr event, the event we have is super low tier and incomparable on how trash it is.

how the game reached this point?

1. 1. it seems like the replacement PD is an intern
2. 2. they spoiled too much the so called F2P players, look now who stayed? Did the F2P players stayed??? Nah!.. at the end of the day most of the f2p players play to earn, they play and if got lucky they sold their account! Learn to create what f2p can have, what medium spenders can have, what whalers can have,, people spend to speed up the progress.. f2p plays knowing that at some pt in the future they will caught up and achieve something or get what they want but not immediately. You dont need to balance it! People spend because they capacity to do so And they want to progress quickly And have that vip or exclusivity feel on the game. F2P (esp the cry babies type) are normal in game! In every game you will see them.. its just a matter of how you treat them that will determine the fate of your game!

Balancing is soo ”so-so”, in the recent months the meta havent changed significantly, considering that you have released new monsters and artifacts and new summoner.. its the same meta how long did chicken, lagouile and jager reigned? You have new monsters but they cant changed the meta, in which it git so boring already! and dont want to pull and grind!

Your team only LISTENS only on the same race as you are.. there are other races who plays the game and spends on the game too… when a streamer ranted on the STUPIDITY that you have caused with your intern decision makings, you REACTED quickly on the worst way possible lol! I hope you have RESPONDED properly! Take note REACT & RESPOND are two different things!!! Now it feels like the streamer owes you something lol, a lot of videos and live stream he is doing for you.. i guess you are making him as your escape goat? But nahALL THIS SHIT IS ON YOU!
