We've identified an issue where loot cannot be earned from the Guild Siege Battle that began on Jul. 3rd in Europe and Asia.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the in-game issue.
This issue is currently being investigated, and will be fixed in the Jul. 13th update.
Guild Siege Battle that takes place after the update will provide loot normally.
However, loot cannot be earned from Guild Siege Battles affected by the issue.
We will be sending out the following compensation to Europe and Asia as a token of apology for any inconvenience caused by the issue and the missing loot from the previous Guild Siege Battle.
The details of the compensation and the distribution period will be announced via this notice.
