Greetings from <Summoners War: Chronicles>.

We would like to inform you about the retroactive schedule and criteria for free goods from the [Special Summon Step Up] sold from May 26th to Jun. 15th, as previously announced. 

First, we would like to go through the criteria.

If you purchased all of Special Summon Step Up Packages 1, 2, and 4 after the monthly reset on Jun. 1st, you will receive 2x goods based on the number of free packages earned.

The policy states that you are not eligible for retroactive application if you skipped certain packages and only purchased 2 from Packages 1, 2, and 4.
(E.g. If you only purchased Package 1 and 4 after the June reset, etc.)

However, given that additional products were purchased after the Jun. 1st reset, we will retroactively reimburse you as if you purchased the packages in order.

Please note that you will not be eligible if you purchased 1 or fewer packages from Packages 1, 2, and 4. 

The retroactive application will take place twice, as shown below.

▶ 1st Retroactive Application Schedule
- Target: Summoners who purchased the [Special Summon Step Up] package by Jun. 14th 4pm (KST)
- Distribution: Sequentially after Jun. 14th 4pm (KST)

▶ 2nd Retroactive Application Schedule
- Target: Summoners who purchased the [Special Summon Step Up] package from Jun. 14th 4pm (KST) until the end of the product sale
- Distribution: Sequentially after Jun. 16th
