Greetings from the <Summoners War: Chronicles> team.

We have confirmed that some Summoners are exploiting the Steam payment system by using multiple Steam accounts.

We will investigate all Summoners who play Chronicles via Steam and take disciplinary measures to restrict game access if confirmed to be exploiting the Steam payment system.
In addition, we plan to take the actions listed below to prevent any abuse using multiple Steam accounts.
Maintenance is scheduled to take on Mar. 28th, and we will inform you through an additional notice once the schedule is confirmed.

▶ Measures for recently accessed Steam account and login methods (Hive Membership, Google, iOS, Facebook)
After the maintenance, linking multiple Steam accounts to a single login method will not be possible.
Also, linking to another Steam account will not be available after the maintenance.

▶ Disciplinary measures for Steam accounts with refund history
Game access will be restricted if the recently logged-in Steam account at the time of login is confirmed to have engaged in abuse of the payment system.

Furthermore, we will take every precaution to prevent harm to the majority of Summoners who use Steam normally.
However, there is a risk that unintended login methods may be linked during the process of taking these measures.

If you are affected by this issue, please contact our 1:1 Customer Support Team to get it changed once.
We'll do our best to re-link the login method after confirming.
