Bug in Arena Achievements

It looks like the Adventure Achievements “Fulfilling the Challenge” and “Ice Code Strategist” are bugged. I finished Brawl Arena in bronze one last season and did not get the achievement. I have done likewise for Fulfilling the Challenge in Challenge Arena in the past.
Is there some other hidden condition I need to meet to get these achievements or are these just bugs?
