Stuck at loading screen while entering casslan

I all,
I am having an issue after the last patch on my android phone. Each time I enter the town Casslan I will get an infinite loading screen. I had tried reinstalling the game on my phone and lower the graphics to the lowest. Nothing works. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
