The boss goes on 4 phases
blue; damage it down to the next 20% dodging the rings he flashes on the ground and if you see blue under your feet, go to the fire tower. If you go to the wrong tower, it'll damage your teammates.
You will need to break the tower based on the element of the boss
Red; high CRIT resistance. He will do a cone attack that does more damage based on number of targets hit. He will also do a dash attack 2-3 times that leaves a trail of fire. He will target on summoner when needs to stand between him and the green tower making him destroy it.
Green; summons 1-2 tornadoes to follow summoners. He will call down thunderbolts following all three summoners which you need to make hit the blue tower.
Each phase lasts 20% HP. After this, each player needs to kill different mini bosses. If you finish yours fast, you can go help one of the other summoners.
Neutral; last 40% is a mix of everything you've seen before with no elemental weakness.
