We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Jun. 27th update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Jun. 27th Update Known Issues Notice

- The issue of the Light/Dark Monster thumbnails not being displayed when you reach Affinity Lv. 5 with Slayers Monsters (Fire/Water/Wind)

* You’ll still be able to acquire the Light/Dark Monsters properly when you reach Affinity Lv. 5 as this is only a display error.

- The issue of the basic effect of being attacked not being displayed excluding projectiles and long-range attacks

- The issue of the event not working properly when you tap on the Challenge Button in the Desert Queen Time Capsule Event

  · Please note that you’ll be able to select the reward or check the result when you re-enter the event page when the issue occurs as this is only a display error and your participation in the event is working properly.

- The issue of the reward count not being refreshed properly when you collect the reward after clearing the mission multiple times after checking your fortune in the Today’s Fortune Event

- The issue of the 5★ Devilmon Piece amount of Day 4 Reward being displayed abnormally in the Special Encounter Event

- The issue of not being able to submit items for promotion or promote in [Profession] from time to time

Resolved Issues

- The issue of the White Shadow Mercenary Heath and Collect Siege Flags Event Pages being displayed again when they’ve been completed

- The issue of the reward pop-up not being displayed until the event time ends even when you participated in the field event and defeated the boss

* Wind Scroll which is provided as the bonus reward to Rank 1-3 based on the defeat contribution was not provided due to the above issue. Please note that the reward is planned to be provided in the near future based on the field event records. (Complete)
