We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the May. 2nd update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

May. 2nd Update Known Issues Notice

- An issue where you cannot restore the Monster being used in [Challenge Arena]
* This issue will be fixed during the May 16th maintenance.

- The issue of the [Challenge Arena (World)]'s World Ranking condition being displayed abnormally

* The rewards are being provided normally and please refer to the information below for the correct ranking condition.

- The issue of Week 1 Server Weekly Ranking Reward being provided as Rank 1 Reward for [Challenge Arena (World)]
* We won't be retrieving the Server Weekly Ranking Reward that was provided this week. The Server Weekly Ranking Reward will be provided according to the ranking as intended starting next week.
 

Resolved Issues

- The issue of not being able to return to where Farakel is because the portal is not displayed after Farakel’s Monsters are defeated in [Elite: Tree of Heroes] (Easy).

- The game won't be available on the platforms listed below until validation is completed.

* Please note that the game will be available on Google Play and Apple App Store. We'll put up another notice when the game becomes available again.

- The issue of the pass benefits not being applied in [Challenge Arena (World)] even when you purchase the Arena Pass
