Greetings from the <Summoners War: Chronicles> team!

We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Feb. 8th update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Feb. 8th Update Known Issues Notice

- The issue where Heath's ultimate skill was reset to Lv. 1, requiring you to reset the skill to level up again.
* We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As compensation, we will refund the cost to reset Heath's skill (100,000 Gold) to all Summoners who log in within a week starting from Feb. 8th 10 am. (UTC)

- The intermittent issue of the Summoner not moving in certain areas and dungeons.

* Please note that you can move your Summoner again by fully closing and starting the game.

Resolved Issues

- The issue of the guild content not functioning properly

* If the guild information is displayed abnormally, please go to the title screen using the back button on the [Character Selection] window, fully exit the game, and restart the game to resolve this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the in-game issue.
