We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Mar. 23rd update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

▌Mar. 23rd Update Known Issues

▶ Product

An issue of Refine Stones that are currently unusable being included in certain products.
*Refine Stones will become usable through a future update.
*List of products that include Refine Stones

-Complete Foggy Prison 1~3

-Complete White Shadow Castle 1~3

▶ Exchange Center
- An issue of a negative time value being displayed intermittently when listing a product in the Exchange Center and being unable to cancel the sale 
* We are currently discussing the measures to be taken regarding this issue.
We will inform you via a notice once they have been confirmed.
* Items that cannot be canceled will be canceled and retrieved as normal once the appropriate measures have been taken.

▶ Rune
- Text appearing abnormally when checking the Rune info in certain languages
* This issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

▶ Event

• - An issue where correct answers were intermittently marked as incorrect in the Kobold Bomber's Liar Bomb Bonanza Event quiz

*This issue is currently being investigated.

*Please submit a 1:1 Inquiry if you've experienced this issue.

- An issue where an abnormal number of Spring Flowers is shown when accessing the Spring Picnic With Meal Box! event page
after receiving a gift in the Send Love with Spring Flowers Event while having Spring Flowers in possession
* This issue is being investigated for a quick resolution.
* The correct number of Spring Flowers will be shown if you reconnect to the game after moving to the Summoner selection screen or obtain more Spring Flowers.

- An issue of the daily gift collection limit not refreshing quickly in the Send Love with Spring Flowers Event
* The daily limit will be correctly updated by re-accessing the event page.
* This issue is only a delay in display. The daily limit for the gift collection event is 5 times.
 An alert will pop up if you collect the gift 5 times.
