Also when assasin class breaks free from provoking then they should change the target back to either support or dps right? 

no they keep hitting light paladin.

Sometimes he killed a mage and then switched to support instead of archer. i mean WTF so I always wanted Zeratu but so disappointing and lame

Isn't priorities are generally mage archer support warrior knight then assassin?

You better check your AI scripts before thinking about buff or nerf.
