Game Launch Problem

The game won't launch and keeps getting stuck in this screen no mater what I do.
Already did a bunch of things that might fix it like first Game relaunch, Steam relaunch, PC restart, Network check and even reinstalling the game. Nothing is working.
Please need help on how to fix this.
The problem happened before the maintenance.
(Problem fixed)
Steps did.
Steam>Library>Summoners War>Manage(Gear Icon)>Properties>Installed Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Wait for the scan and finished the automatic redownload of failed files.
