Converted Xilium does not appear in XPLA Wallet

I successfully converted in-game mileage to Xilium today. I still have the transaction log.
However, when I logged in to my XPLA Wallet via mobile app > Convert > Summoner Wars Chronicle
It says I have 0 Xilium so I can't convert Xilium to XPLA.
For context, the PID shown under Summoner Wars Chronicle in Convert menu is the same as my CS code in the game, so I think I've bound my account correctly.
Anyone encountered the same problem as I did so far?
