i am unable to login to game since 19 Apr Friday, as it keeps getting stuck in endless loading screen (reading info)
1st image: it’s a fucking endless loop? , common sense is absolutely needed when you know your company‘s service standard is not top notch.
2nd image: had to uninstall then reinstall to even find out Asia server is down . You guys absolutely nail it . Fantastic. Leave it to users to play detective game.
is there any announcement pertaining to this incident or you guys just don’t give a fuck whether your server is online/offline ?
