Summoners War: Chronicles

I cannot with Chronicles dev team. They wont accept their fault for anything. Crappy balancing, lots of bugged events, network and ping problems. I dont even know why their customer service exist,  they dont even solve anything from randomly deleted accounts to ping spikes. They will blame players and their connections even given proof theyre asking. Now, banning people due to a bug in their web/forum event. This event started with bugs, people cant connect their accounts, check-in doesnt work, rewards cannot be claimed. 

Good luck with those that didnt intentionally received the rewards more than once, but you will be banned for 7 days, yes 7 days during the holiday season.
