Summoners War: Chronicles

I am the guild leader of the VnGOD guild. We are very confused about the scoring method used in Guild Siege Battle. 

The scoring has been inaccurate since yesterday, as even though we ended the day with more points and captured more territories, after the day rolled over, our territory count remained the same, and we were scored as losing. I am writing this email on behalf of the 50 players in our guild to request a review of our case and clarification on the scoring system in Guild Siege Battle.
