Please read below for more information about the issues following the regional integration maintenance on Aug. 13th.

Known Issues After Aug. 13th Regional Integration

- A disconnection issue that occurs intermittently when using the Artifact Summon.

- An issue where the Guild Siege Battle in the Western Region intermittently becomes unplayable

- An issue where an error pop-up appears in some environments when accessing the [Guild Siege Battle] menu.

  · It was found that this issue occurred for the guilds on the Elenoa server due to the region integration. Although this issue will not occur during the preparation period of the next round starting on Aug. 15th, it has been confirmed that participation in the current round is not possible. As a token of apology, we plan to provide the following items, which is equivalent to the round reward for the Rank 1 guild in the Guild Siege Battle, as a login reward to all Summoners on the Elenoa server.
  · Crystal (Free) x1,000, Siege Seal x500, Ultimate Treasure Box x2, S+ Radiant Loot Box x1

※ Currently, there is an issue with item delivery, causing a delay in the distribution of regional integration rewards. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will provide the rewards promptly once the issue is fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
