Greetings from the <Summoners War: Chronicles> team!

We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Jul. 25th update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Jul. 25th Update Known Issues Notice

- The issue of the game not running properly when you download the game data with app tracking disallowed for the Chronicles app on iOS devices

  · Please go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and allow tracking for Chronicles to resolve the issue.

- The issue of the reward given for the “Current Ranking” in [Fight Against the Power from the Rift!] event’s [Ranking Status]-[Ranking Reward] being displayed incorrectly

* Please note that the ranking reward will be provided based on the ranking that was achieved and not the displayed reward in “Current Ranking” when the reward is provided after the event ends.

- The issue where the incorrect remaining time is displayed on the [Guild Rivals Winner Prediction Event] page

 · This issue will be fixed during the maintenance on Aug. 8th so the event page is only visible when predictions can be made.
