Summoners War: Chronicles

Hello, I've been playing SWC for a little over a month from my computer, it hasn't presented any problems, but yesterday my computer was turned off suddenly when I moved a plug. When I turned the computer back on and tried to start the game, I get "microsoft visual c++ runtime library" as an error after the Come2us logo and it doesn't start the game, and I tried to reinstall Visual C, repair it in the CMD among other things that I saw on youtube but nothing, I hope someone with the same problem and has solved it can help me.

Hola, yo juego SWC desde hace poco mas de un mes desde mi ordenador, no me a presentado algun problema, pero el día de ayer mi computadora fue apagada de golpe al mover un enchufe. Cuando volvi a prender la computadora e intente iniciar el juego me sale "microsoft visual c++ runtime library" como error despues del logo de Come2us y no inicia el juego, e intentado volver a instalar los Visual C, repararlo en el CMD entre otras cosas que vi en youtube pero nada, espero alguien con el mismo problema y lo haya solucionado me pueda ayudar.
