I don't know how PD Lee prepared you to took over 5-6 months ago. Maybe you start anew without any instructions, maybe you only resuming what's already planned since before you're in, but here's some complaints and advice, because I care:
 

First, about maintenance:

1) Yes, you do maintenance every three weeks, but you also do patches.. I don't know, like three times a week? On the week without maintenance, also has patches that required players to updated the game.  Back at PD Lee's era, maintenance were like twice a week and rarely has patches. Maybe you can do this his way? Surely the programmer team still the same, they should know how to do it. It's about the QUALITY of the maintenance, not less maintenance but patches every now and then.

2) As many have said on every available channels, please test the contents of your maintenance BEFORE you decided to give it to the PLAYERS. Players are not testers. If you need testers, you could just open requirements. I think many will volunteers just to get leak of the updates as compensation.
 

Then, about Event.

I'm talking about weekly/ bi-weekly/ tri-weekly event, not the super long ones like completing Spires/ myth raid Event (thank you player D):

3) When you have decided the content of your updates, DO NOT WAIVER. I know Bingo used to be in the middle of the month, but few players barking and you move it to early January. Now you don't have energy event since January 9. This week update also don't have energy event, so it will be 3 weeks without energy event! which is TOO long. You should only give us a week without energy event for resting. Or no rest at all is even better. Provide great rewards: transmogrification (even if it's for 1-4 stars!), outfit, ride, emoji! ANY 5 star Monster! No one will complaints of fatigue. And if they do, they will still do the event anyway! Some of players barking as coping mechanism, don't mind it.

4) With that being said, please PLAN YOUR EVENT PROPERLY both the execution and especially timing. NO SURPRISE EVENT after update note PLEASE! 

Sept 12th 2024 updates, where I spent 4k energy on Essence Bingo event because no new energy event on Update Note, THEN SUDDENLY there's maintenance to added Kite event the next day, has scarred my heart so deep I don't trust Update Note anymore. And apparently that's not the first and last you did it (Bingo event on point 3). Anyway, PD Lee had gave many variations of bi-weekly events, you can reuse it, recycle, updates the rewards and you're done.  Use shortcuts, the playbook from PD Lee. Don't make your job harder than it already is.

Okay, now, personal complaints from some super active players I know. They talking non stop about this game I cannot relate:

5) From player L: Please give out more ways to get SELECTED 5 star artifacts other than summon and selection. And give bigger probability on summon. Always get on pity, or almost pity like 190/200. Make it like.. 10/200.

6)  Again from player L, direct quote this time: "refine stone only from galagos is dumb af"  << same complaint from player V

-Yes yes, I know can exchange in the shop. But still not enough for player L and V, lower the exchange rate by 90% maybe.

7) Player iaW really regrets not summoning Jeanne from its banner when he only needs to pay 2000 PHP more, so he's hoping if the banner would return or any other way to get it. Just so you know, player iaW always buy Arena Pass because he likes the game (or beating other players). 

-Yes yes, I don't know why as Orbia he skipped on Jeanne. That must be his arrogant ass thinking he can survive brawling without Jeanne. But he's enlighten now, so hopefully you can help him (and others too of course) to get Jeanne any other ways.

8) Player J think by next year, yes next year, the login error will still be not fixed. Let's prove him wrong, shall you?

9) Also, please don't let server Ariel and Lupinus merges. Some super active players already planning to make a guild with vulgar name, which mean the name will be everywhere... since they're super active...

What you need to remember PD Choi, despite many negative complaints, there are still many MANY players who still love this game, dedicating their time waiting full of hope for this game to be glorious (again?). They just keep it at their heart, too shy to voice it out, because, you know, we're Germans Asian. So don't be down, keep your spirit up for those hopeful loyalists of this game.
