As previously mentioned in the Apr. 30 Temporary Maintenance Notice, we identified an issue that allowed Summoners to participate in competition field events multiple times under specific circumstances. Thanks to detailed reports from Summoners, we were able to implement an initial fix. However, internal monitoring later revealed that repeated participation was still possible under similar conditions. We addressed this further in the May 14 temporary maintenance. We sincerely apologize for not being able to promptly take action due to the difficulty in identifying the exact reproduction conditions, and for not resolving the issue entirely in the initial fix.

This issue began occurring after field events were changed to open on a 24-hour basis. We confirmed that over a long period, some accounts repeatedly and abnormally obtained ranking rewards such as Mystical Scrolls.

Given that a significant amount of time had elapsed since the issue began and that it became publicly known through the official forum, we carefully considered how to respond. Although reproducing the issue requires precise actions—such as switching characters at the exact moment the field boss dies after ranking conditions are met—we could not entirely rule out the possibility of accidental occurrences. However, in cases where there was clear evidence of intentional repetition, we decided to take further measures to preserve fair competition within the game.

As such, we have reviewed the records up until the May 14 temporary maintenance when the issue was fixed, and the following accounts will be subject to action.

■ Accounts Subject to Action

- Accounts with 5 or more confirmed instances of repeated participation (abuse) in competition field events.

 · ASIA: 31 accounts / WESTERN: 2 accounts

 * The full list of affected accounts can be found at the bottom of this notice.

* Although some repeated participation was also detected in cooperation and participate-type field events, this disciplinary action is limited to the competition field events only.

■ Deduction Policy

- For each confirmed abuse instance, 1,500 Crystals (equivalent to 5 Mystical Scrolls) will be deducted from the account.

- Basis for calculation: Among the top rewards for competition field events, 5 Mystical Scrolls are considered the core reward.

* Based on the Summon Altar: Mystical Scroll x1 = Crystal x300

■ Deduction Example

- 5 instances of abuse → Crystal x7,500 deducted

- 765 instances of abuse → Crystals x1,147,500 deducted

* Crystals will be deducted from the current balance. If the balance is insufficient, it will show as a negative (-) value.

We will further strengthen internal processes to prevent similar issues from recurring. We are committed to providing a secure and enjoyable gameplay experience for all Summoners.
