First, we'd like to apologize for the delay in checking our records and reaching a decision for the compensation.

The titles Jackpot and Back2Work were obtainable with a fixed chance from the <Festive Fortunes> event. As such, we had deliberated whether providing compensation only for Summoners who had obtained duplicate titles would be fair.

In the end, we have decided to provide rewards to all Summoners who participated in the event based on their participation count, regardless of whether they obtained duplicate titles. Rewards will be distributed on Jan. 15.

- Recipients: All Summoners who participated in the <Festive Fortunes> event.

※ The probability used to calculate the reward amount is equal to the probability of obtaining each title from the Lucky Bundle. Reward amounts have been rounded up.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and for the delay in the compensation. We will do our best to ensure that such an issue is not repeated.

On a separate note, we are aware of the issue where manual control is not possible shortly after the start of a battle in Arena and Guild Siege Battle. We will be providing a follow-up on this issue.
