buff isnt working as intended acts like you only have 1 stack of skill acceleration.<< gives 50% reduction but only acts like you have 1 stack making his 3rd skill very lackluster for ld5 xD also i see some things go whacky when i spam it sopose to give 20% skill reduction as well an sometimes it just whacks out. please please please fix him.. XD
