Summoners War: Chronicles

I have been playing since launch and have noticed I am not getting the runes it shows I should be. I have done runs in the dungeons and after defeating the levels it says I should be getting runes and what stats and rarity. I have not gotten them in days. If memory serves correctly there was an area I should have gotten a rare fatal set. I did not get them. I just did a run and should have gotten 3 more energy runes. None of them are in my rune storage. This issue makes for poor gameplay as I cannot rune my monsters to make them stronger.
