We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Sep. 26th update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

Sep. 26th Update Known Issues Notice

- The issue of Total War being displayed as locked when entering the Arena as Heath for the first time after the Sep. 26th maintenance

  · When entering the Arena as other Summoners aside from Heath, Total War will be unlocked and available to play. We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that all Summoners can access this content.

- The issue of Total War Tickets owned set at 0 when entering Total War using an account that had been created before the Sep. 26th maintenance

  · Total War Tickets x3 have been sent to accounts that had been created before the maintenance.

  · Following this fix, Total War Tickets will automatically recharge up to 3 Tickets a day, resetting at 12am every day.

- The issue with the cumulative purchase product time in [Shop]-[Special] being displayed incorrectly

  · The time displayed is the remaining time until the daily purchase count is reset instead of the remaining time until the sale period ends. Please note that this does not affect your ability to purchase the product.

- The issue where Summoners are unable to enter dungeons while progressing the [Rahil Kingdom Story] after completing the Growth Jump
