Try to build her atk based damage build, while we dont have endure assassins artifact, make her tanky as possible, but dont forget damage stats.

I dont recomend SPD 2 slot, only atk% or HP% if u have enought attack, like 7k, if this is ur main assassin monster, +200 atk spd if posible at total, 200 CD or more 65k+ HP if u can, 3k+ Defense, even tho in pve she is super good.

If u dont have enought CR in substats instead of shield, use blade, and try to keep same stats, 85 CR or more would be enought, but if enemy is Anti CD buff may be is gonna be hard to hit critical hits. In artifacts, i think Overcharge is good for her cuz she does explisove damage when enemy is 30% or less HP

Cons: all assassins monster have trash IA, if anyone use provoke they will still hitting tanky units, need to protect her cuz right now there are a lot of CC units and assassins doesnt have long range attack skills, even tho she has, but if she is provoked she will hit tank instead of squishy units like archers or mages.
