Hi,

This Feng yan is NOT meta pick in any arena. His built this way so you can spend your resources to build other utility and damage summons of all elements.

He won't crit or be your main dmg dealer, but with the good DEF, HP and RES stats, he can carry your early game by himself.

For runes: Try to always prioritize DEF%, then RES%, then HP%. Since he is going to dive a lot against any archerlike summons and get a lot of focus, resistance against harmful effects can be a lot more beneficial than just bringing some more HP to the table. You might say “he's got the self cleanse, why focus on RES stats?”. Well there's a simple explanation. Feng Yan is self sustaining and self sufficient all around, but taking down his counterattack effect or chain stun renders him completely useless.

Later on, when you've got yourself built some frontline summons - go and rebuild him. Rage/Blade, Rage/Guard and Rage/Destroy sets make a realy fun toy out of our Panda. Have fun with feng Yan.
