First of all, the reason I said that Sabrina is a one of the best performing ranged-dps in the game because of her passive that gives her 30% reduce damage taken and her abilities ignoring any damage mitigation effects such as barrier and invincibility. The best artifact you can give her currently is the "Attack Enhancement" which gives her 40% more damage on her basic attacks, the reason for this artifact is because she deals more damage on basic attack than using her skills because of her skills depends on her attack speed. So yeah, basically she's a basic attack summon like rosario but can survive all of the time because of her 30% reduce damage taken unless get oblivion.

The best partner for her is the Fire Chakram “Shaina" because Shaina can tank more with her damage taken down buffs plus the “Sabrina” buff which have 30% reduce damage.  in total Shaina can reduce the damage she takes for 51% of the damage most of the time (yes not 60%). With that reason, you can have “Shaina” go full dps with plenty of HP because her skills scale from HP.
