  • - Max value(+0) : This is the MAX value you can get by default.
    - Max value(+4) : When the Rune is enhanced to +15, a total of 4 sub property enhancements are available, and this is the MAX value that can be obtained when the same enhancement succeeds 4 times.

For Astar, you want to get crit either close to or at 100% while getting as much attack speed as possible as that will be your primary DPS stat which is what her skills all scale off of and allows you easy acess to her passive skill which gives her a 40% attack bonus.  Next i would recommend the following stats in this order:

Crit DMG

ATT

HP

All other stats

 

If you rune her correctly, even without an artifact attached, ahe can be a beast that beat out Argen (wind vampire) in DPS during raids and i've used her to do so quite a few times with a solid lead on DPS.

 

P.S. You can easily slot in Swift runes instead of Rage runes if you have a more solid set of those handy
