  • - Max value(+0) : This is the MAX value you can get by default.
    - Max value(+4) : When the Rune is enhanced to +15, a total of 4 sub property enhancements are available, and this is the MAX value that can be obtained when the same enhancement succeeds 4 times.

You can switch the Destroy rune to Rage if you don't have enough crit.rate and want to do PvE as well, or Energy/Shield rune for survivability (PvP specified).

 

Try to get the BIS (best in slot) substat you can get, I prefer the % substat. But if you don't get the substat you want, you can cover it by using Spell Book and Effect Stone for the runes.

 

For the artifact you can use Attack Stance or Control Amplification but I myself prefer using Attack Stance. But if you don't have hero artifact you can use the rare one artifact Linkage.
