As a new-ish player, I wanted to give a general tip about runes! Chose water fairy as the monster here since it’s the first we get lol

later as you progress, you will unlock some thing called “rune succession.” It allows you to transfer the work done on one rune to another. However, something to keep in mind is that it only works in either direction with 5*+ hero and legend runes (purple and gold). So, I recommend when you start getting to 5* rare (blue) runes, hold off on working on them! The same for 6*
