Summoners War: Chronicles

I wanted to reach out to share some feedback about recent developments in Summoners War: Chronicles. I know that managing a game and making difficult decisions for the player base is no small task, and I appreciate the effort that goes into it. That said, I wanted to express my disappointment with the way certain issues, like bug exploitation, are being handled.
 

As a dedicated player and former guild leader, I've always emphasized fair play within our group, advising my guildmates not to exploit bugs—understanding that they come with severe penalties. However, when these issues arise, they create frustration, especially for players who value integrity and respect your game. Seeing others get away with exploiting bugs, whether in PvE or PvP, feels discouraging.
 

What’s been especially frustrating is the disparity in consequences. Players who abused these bugs were given only warnings, while fair players received just 5,000 crystals and 2,000 energy as compensation. Meanwhile, those who exploited the bugs are left laughing at the situation. This creates a feeling that playing fairly is undervalued.
 

Many of us in the community are still here because we genuinely love Summoners War: Chronicles. We’re hoping that, as developers, you still have that same passion and will consider solutions that support a fair and positive experience for everyone. Please know that this feedback comes from a place of respect and genuine care for the game.
