Abyss End Bow losing its PvP substats when succeed

Hello com2us,
I lost my PvP substats when trying to succeed Abyss End weapon, shouldn't it carried all the substats to new weapon?
Should be a warning or cannot be done in the first place. Now I have Abyss End weapon without PvP substats, weird.
PvP substats should be part of sub-property rite?
