This is the sixth time I've reported this problem, but there's no improvement. 

If you don't have the ability to do a good balance each character, then uniform the characters or don't make them.
You've already got a game in front of you that's still popular after 10 years. All you need to do is copy it as is, optimize the modeling and it will succeed.
