Total Crit DMG in PVP

One question: With the addition of PvP Crit status. DMG from Mythic+ runes, can this total stat in PVP exceed the 400% limit? Example, if I have 400% crit dmg + 20% PvP crit dmg, and the enemy in pvp has no critical reduction, will the total damage be 420% of the crit dmg? Thanks in advance!
