Known Issue w/ No Further Update

There is a known issue regarding the Wind Ifrit Event. Com2Us has given an explanation, which contradicts the reality. Why has Com2Us continued to stay quiet?

It has been pointed out, numerous times, how trying to maximise drops for the event is very gruelling and tedious. Players then get a response, that it is due to these exact reasons why it was changed. This does not addd up, and Com2Us is not saying anything else about it. Why? Trying to do 60 PvP's per day, 9 Expeditions, and 60 Repeat Requests. All of which you will need to constantly watch the game just to change content you're farming. In comparison, to running 500 Path of Growth Tickets. On average, around 30 seconds per run. This is around 5 hours of NOT doing anything. People can go out, and not worry that they are still farming the event.

Another reason why people are angry about this. Mostly low spenders and F2P players, they are saving their tickets for events like this, whilst most(not all) big spenders, are probably spending all their tickets immediately, to maximise their PvP and compete at the top. Events like this benefits F2P players a lot more than it does spenders.

F2P saved tickets = 1,000

Spender = 1,000

Let's assume for a second, that both players gets around 700 pieces for the event monster.

F2P players can use the pieces to exchange/skill up/awaken. It takes 160 pieces to fully skill one Ifrit. Assume they manage to get 3 elemental Ifrits. That is 480 pieces needed. Another 100 to awaken event monster if needed. That's 580. They now have 120 pieces to use for exchange pieces, to try and wait for the 5* they would want.

Now, one can argue, Spenders gets the exact same thing. Yes, they do, but because they spend, they will always be ahead anyway. Assume we look at this on a PvP perspective, with the advertising of Guild Siege coming up.

PvP Brawl

Spenders most likely already have around 5-8 PvP Meta Monsters. big spenders going to over 10. F2P? Their focus is PvE. They'd have an Argen. With Bastet if they even started during/before. Maybe a Sekhmet. Those are 3 monsters. It takes them 2 months, to fully build one monster. Just about a month for pass buyers. Spenders getting these 3 monsters, makes no difference for them. But low spenders, and F2P players? This opens the door for them to try and do PvP.

Truth is, without F2P players/low spenders, the game will die. I am not saying by any means, that this is all intentional, but I do feel that there is a massive communication gap. Since beginning of May when Marsh was supposed to be released. Com2Us stayed quiet, with no update. Pecan event got a very quick update, but it is a walking meme, contradiction.

As a very successful company, I believe that your playerbase expected a lot more.

PS.

Making changed on global, based on your KR/NA servers, is very bad. The economy and demographic are very different. As an example, in America, they pay less tax, as their health care is not provided by the government. but it is not mandatory to have health care insurace. In Eu, there's health care included in taxes. In addition, the conflict between two countries which I'm not going to mention. This changes a lot of things for EU. Same thing can be applied for Global-Asia. Please do not make decisions for global based on your “findings” with KR/NA. I love the game, and had no complaints since i tried it in NA. Until now… Please, make the game great again, and welcome all types of players to grow the community further. Stop staying quiet, and give an update to your playerbase. I am sure you guys are reading everything, and you know what the common ground is, the most mentioned issue.
