we were very happy when you published the ifrit event, because we have been waiting for it for a very long time. Many of us played on KR/NA and after the release of the global version we also hoped to see the same events that were there. But how frustrating it was to see how horribly you limited this event today without prior notice. Many players collected Tickets for Cairos and Road of Growth by skipping other events in order to only accumulate Tickets for their beloved Ifrit, which many could not get during the game.
 

“Summoners War: Chronicles global version aims to provide a version based on data analysis from Korean and North American Summoners. This approach was intended to relieve fatigue and address any inconvenience to offer a smoother gameplay experience.” You only added to the inconvenience of three passes a day and also forced us to invest even more crystals.
 

“Our team has analyzed the actual event data and set the limit based on the number that most users obtain the rewards.”You left too much out of your analysis. A lot of people were preparing for this event so they kept their Tickets for Cairos and Road of Growth. No one has ever done 60 Arena passes and 9 Expeditions every day until now, because for many, even with crystals, this is unrealistic to do without additional Tickets.
 

“Regarding the introduction of a daily limit in mission-based events, we have received increasing feedback from global players expressing that the daily time commitment is too demanding.” “Furthermore, after holding the event in Korea and North American servers, without any play limits, we have received numerous comments stating that it was too challenging to obtain all the event rewards as there was no limit.” You contradict yourself. How can you not get all the rewards when there are no limits? Just the same, when there are limits and you accidentally miss them, then you will never get them! Also, if you want to do more, you can't either because of your limits! With limits, you are only forced to fulfill them daily, otherwise we will not get anything.

“Furthermore, we will strive to plan event more carefully when planning future events.” It would be nice if you told us in advance that there would be these limits, and then many would not have to skip other events and prepare for this. You can do this for future events, but return UNCAPPED IFRIT EVENT to us!

You've already ruined the auction so many have stopped buying and selling because the prices are too terrible. Don't deprive us of this opportunity. You have extended the event to a month, but this will not change the situation. Better leave 2 weeks and give the possibility of unlimited passage.
