when Clicked the game saids “Available after completing Act 5.Ch42.Saving Rukurangma quest”

However i have already finished the quest awhile ago 

Currently at Act5.Ch49

a friend of mine said to try and Open up the shop through the SideTab on the Shops and when clicked

The game asked to reach the Lv.160539000

 I have asked others in a disocrd server and alot of them said they are also unable to enter dispite already completing the quest Requirements .
