Matchmaking in progress BUG

I just finished doing a dungeon with friends and after I left the group I had a bug where every time I try to do any dugeon / raid or anything it says “matchmaking in progress”
I tried restarting the game, opening on my phone but it still says it no matter what.
Any help would be appreciated
