The issue where Jin's stats increase from level and skill level changes are applied incorrectly will be fixed, and we have received feedback regarding the stats changes from Summoners who had already set their equipment and Spell Stones based on her stats before the change.

We are currently discussing how to handle Jin's stats changes before/after the patch and will provide a follow-up once details have been confirmed.
